Pont l'Evêque

Pont l'Evêque is a French cheese from Normandy. Pont l'Evêque is square-shaped, softish, with a fairly strong taste and aroma. Pont l'Evêque have a washed rind and are packed in small chipwood boxes like Camembert, but square rather than round.
