Palm Oil

Palm Oil is made from the seed of palm fruit, which is usually used for the making of margarine. Palm oil is also used in African and Brazilian cooking.

Palm oil has a lot of negative aspects especially due to cutting down the rainforests to make way for new palm oil plantations[1].
