Mocha Coffee is an Arabica coffee, originally from Mocha in the Yemen. Authentic Yemeni coffee is expensive because of its scarcity, and unpopular because of its irregularly sized beans. However, Mocha coffee is one of the world's finest coffees. Mocha is gamey or chocolatey to taste. Mocha's production is very limited, so the "mocha" in the stores is usually a blend of coffees - Ethiopian, Honduras and Nicaraguan coffees mixed together.
