Mint Sauce and Mint Jelly are made using mint usually garden mint.
Mint sauce is made with finely chopped mint leaves, with some sugar, then cider or malt vinegar. Mint sauce is traditionally taken with roast lamb.
Mint Jelly is traditionally an apple jelly flavoured with mint leaves, however commercial ones may include colouring and tend towards excessive sweetness.
