Lemon is a oval shaped, yellow fruit, grown for its fresh-tasting sourness. Lemon's acidic taste is a good addition to many foods for baking, juices like lemonade, or for marinades for meats; to make lemon juice, simply squeeze a fresh lemon or use a commercial lemon juice.
