Crawfish or Langoustine are clawless crustaceans that are nearly lobster size. Langoustine are found in the warm coastal waters of the Atlantic, Caribbean, Mediterranean and Pacific. Longoustine (crawfish) is prepared and cooked like a lobster. Langoustine is usually available frozen.
