Kibbled Wheat

Kibbled Wheat and Cracked Wheat are the same, but are different than bulghur wheat. Whole wheat grains are pricked then split into small pieces under pressure. Kibbled wheat is good in stuffing to make ordinary breadcrumb-based stuffings much interesting.
