Kashmiri Chilli

Kashmiri Chilli is a medium Indian chilli. Kashmiri chilli tends to come as a bright-red powder, with a mild nutty-sweet flavour; the powder is also called deggi mirch. Kashmiri Chilli is 6/10 or 10-15,000 Scoville heat units.

Kashmiri chillis do not add much heat and are brightly coloured, making them as a piquant alternative to paprika.
