Jellies are made with the juice of fruits. Jellies are used in the same ways as jams, as spreads on bread, toast and biscuits in the main. The smooth texture of jellies makes them easily digestible and are very useful for invalid cookery.

Types of fruit jellies include:

  • Apple Jelly
  • Blackbery Jelly
  • Crab Apple Jelly
