Jarlsberg is a Norwegian cheese developed in 1959. Jarlsberg is made in wheel shapes with a thick, natural rind covered in a yellow wax. Jarlsberg's interior contains irregularly shaped rounded holes and Jarlsberg has a sweet, nutty flavour like Emmenthal.
