Italian Red Rice

Italian Red Rice is a natural rice grown by the same family that prepares Italian black rice. It is a light red colour, having a nutty texture.


To cook wild red rice:

Boil wild red rice for 35-40 minutes in salted water (1 litre for 200g of rice) and then strain
