Homogenized Milk is how most of commercial milk now comes. It is milk that has been processed so that the cream does not separate and float to the top of the milk. Some say it is not as good for you as unprocessed milk, but there is little evidence for this save hearsay. Use homogenized milk in coffee, tea and baking.
