Gloucester and Double Gloucester are British cheeses. Gloucester is a full-cream cheese and has a rich, creamy colour and a mellow flavour. Gloucester is made in a cylinder and each one weighs 4½-15 kg (10-34 lb). Gloucester and Double Gloucester are used in sandwiches and salads.
