Fennel Herb

Fennel Herb are the light green feathery leaves of the fennel plant, complementing its spice and vegetable parts. Fennel leaves are best used fresh from the garden.

Fennel herb has a mild, anise flavour.

Fennel leaves are great in green salad, with fish and in bouquet garni.
