Farro Wheat or Emmer Wheat

Farro Wheat was a type of Emmer Wheat or Einkorn, but it has only become popular since it has been rebranded as farro wheat, originally from around Lucca in Italy. Farro wheat is semi-husked and is lighter and more elegant than it looks suggest. Farro wheat is different from spelt.
