Dried Apricots tend to come from: Blenheim, Moorpark and Royal. Dried apricots can be eaten on their own, sometimes chopped and used in fruit cakes. Dried apricots are used in Moroccan recipes like tagines, giving a sweet flavoured, spicy stew. Try and avoid these sulphured dried apricots; these can easily be seen as they are not the bright orange ones, but those that are a deep brown..
