Crème de Cassis

Crème de Cassis or Cassis is best known as a French liqueur, but is made in several countries. Crème de Cassis is a blackcurrant based liqueur, used in cocktails and puddings. Other similar types of liqueur are made, including: Crème de Banane, Crème de Cacao and Crème de Menthe.
