Condensed Milk

Condensed Milk is a canned long-life milk where 50% of the water has been boiled off and sugar added. Thick, syrupy and sweet. Condensed milk is pured over fruit salads, especially canned fruits, and can be used in sweet-making, especially to make dulce de leche.
