Coley

Coley, Saithe or Pollock is a fish closely related to the pollack. Coley is usually salted in Scandinavia and in Germany is known as seelachs, and is smoked or canned in oil. Coley is caught off the coasts of Newfoundland and Europe.

Substitute: cod, haddock, pollack, whiting [1]
