Coffees of the World

The taste of pure Arabica coffee depends upon its origin more than the colour of roast, so it is important to understand the effects of different combinations of climate, soil and good husbandry. The nearer to single origin a coffee is, the more easily it can be identified and the first stage of learning is to know where the coffee comes from and about the producer countries. The main areas of production usually share similar flavour characteristics.
