Chinese Egg Noodles vary greatly. Chinese noodles are usually 6 mm (⅛ inch) wide and sold in loosely tangled balls, often flattened in portion sizes. Chinese egg noodles are mein or mee in Chinese and are core to chow mein, mixed with meat and vegetables.
