Cheshire Cheese

Cheshire Cheese is a famous cheese from Cheshire in the UK, dating back to the 12th century. Cheshire cheese has a crumbly texture and a slightly salty tang. Cheshire cheese is usually fast ripening. There are two types of Cheshire cheese: red and white, where the red has been coloured with annatto.
