Chanterelle Mushrooms are found in beech groves from mud-summer through to December. Chanterelle mushrooms are funnel-shaped, with yellow caps and a pale flesh. Chanterelle's stalks are delicately ribbed, running up under the edge of the cap.

Chanterelles are available fresh, dried or tinned.

Chanterelles have a delicious flavour, regularly used in French and German cuisine.
