Camargue Rice

Camargue Rice is a brick red strain of rice found as chance mutation amongst standard white rice from Camargue region. Similar to Italian red rice. Camargue rice is a full flavoured, whole grain rice.

Cooking

Boiled for 35-40 minutes in salty water (1 litre for 200g of rice) and then strained
