Boletus Mushrooms or Cep Mushrooms are the finest mushroom eaten in Europe. Cep mushrooms are found in woodland clearings in late summer and autumn, often under confiders. Cep mushrooms have stout stalks and delicately raised white veins, and vertical tubes beneath where the brown spores are produced.
