Bleu de l'Aveyron

Bleu de l'Aveyron is a French cheese. Bleu de l'Aveyron is matured in natural caves in Massif Central, a feature which it shares with Bleu de Causses and Roquefort. Bleu de l'Aveyron is a small, ocal cheese with a delicate flavour and a softish paste.
