Bleu de Laqueuille

Bleu de Laqueuille is a modern French cheese, invented 1850 from Puy-de-Dome. Like most French blue cheeses, Bleu de Laqueuille is relatively small at 2-2½kg (5-6lb), has a dry rind and a mellow flavour.
