Bleu de Bresse
Bleu de Bresse is a French cheese from between Saone-et-Loire and the Jura. Bleu de Bresse is softish, mild-flavoured and weighs 2kg (4-5lb). Bleu de Bresse has a slightly higher fat (50%) than most blue cheeses and is one of the ingredients in fromage cardinal. A large and creamier blue cheese from the same area, nearby Ain, is Pipo Crem'.
