Bean curd sheets

Bean Curd Sheets or Soy Bean Curd Sheets are made by heating soy milk, then when the skin is formed you remove this and dry the skin. When dried, they must then be kept moist to keep them soft. Bean curd sheets are used to wrap around foods that are to be deep-dried or stewed in a stock.
